1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
Note: Due to hygiene and delicate nature, sarees with fall/pico stitching, custom blouse stitching, or alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, washing, or alteration.
- Customized or personalized orders.
3. Return Process
- Email us at contactus@dayasarees.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the approval process and provide the return address.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or wrong.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within same day of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for the same product in case of size or defect issues, subject to availability.
